DESCRIPTION

The Keep Election Safe (KLS) team's mission is to build a blockchain platform technology to simulate and safeguard voting election around the world.  We're looking for a creative, driven UX Designer to help envision, design and deliver a fantastic, helpful and fun customer experience.

 

The ideal designer for our team is an inventive creator who thrives best in an energetic, start-up team culture, and who also enjoys working in multifaceted, emerging business that's growing fast.

Key job responsibilities
• Create and facilitate user testing surveys and experiments.
• Develop and present prototypes, presentations and other assets for executive review
• Iterate with development on fit-and-finish design tasks for both new and existing products, to ensure a best-in-class user experience..

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• 3+ years of design experience
• An available online portfolio
• Experience shipping consumer-facing products and software.
• Experience working across teams to synthesize feedback and input from product management, engineering, and marketing.
• Communication skills and comfort when presenting designs and CX strategy to senior management.
• Bachelor's degree in design or equivalent experience.


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Mastery of Sketch and major UI design software and tools ( Adobe XD, etc.) to quickly create high-fidelity prototypes and mocks.
• Working knowledge of HTML 5, CSS, JavaScript, and Responsive Design
• Mobile and Tablet design experience across multiple formats
• A strong online portfolio of work demonstrating experience creating great user-centered design solutions (flows, prototypes, wireframes) and solid visual designs (mockups and style guides)
• Experience collaborating with developers working on consumer-facing products for implementation of designs
• Passion for digital marketing and metrics
